*DISRUPTION * Planned works @ GWP Sat 12th Nov 22

Please note there will be continued disruption to the highlighted areas of the lake on Saturday 12th Nov. This will be due to ongoing works that have been planned for some time creating 2 large fish refuges and natural habitats.

The work will commence first thing in the morning and will last for the majority of the day.

Anybody fishing in the pegs identified in the white squares will be impacted the most as this is where the works are planned. You're therefore advised to AVOID fishing in these areas.

Upon completion the area may remain cordoned off for a period of time afterwards to allow settlement. I therefore remind anglers of the rules around fishing to snags, taking into account minimum distances. If in doubt all rules and info is printed in membership books.
